This session moves beyond theory and into the messy, unscripted moments of teaching, when tension, identity, and language collide. Through authentic classroom scenarios, participants will explore what it means to respond in the moment, not perfectly, but intentionally.
At the heart of this session is a shift: from avoiding conflict to working with it.
Participants will engage with practical strategies, language exponents, and ready-to-use materials that support learners to disagree, set boundaries, express discomfort, and repair communication, without losing the learning, or each other.
Come ready to do the work, and leave with ready-to-use ideas.
