Have you ever wanted to create your own tech materials? Have you ever been curious about coding, but don’t know where to begin? Did you ever want to create your own simple video game for your students? If so, join us for this webinar.

This webinar will go over using AI to create simple codes for different activities that ESL instructors can create and embed in their virtual classrooms. We will go over some AI prompts that help create basic codes and strategies to complete a coding project.

  • AI coding prompts, and
  • game design ideas.

About the Presenter

Sara Machan (she/her) is a multi-level ESL professor at Sheridan College. Her teaching philosophy centres around gamification and cultivating a student centred learning environment. She has recently completed her masters in Applied Linguistics and is aiming to complete a PhD in the same field.
