Antonella Valeo
TESL Ontario Accreditation Standards Committee and the Research Advisory Committee

An Associate Professor in the Department of Languages, Literatures and Linguistics at York University, Antonella is a valued and dedicated contributor to our association. She serves on both the Accreditation Standards Committee and the Research Advisory Committee, where her expertise, insight, and commitment help strengthen the quality and impact of TESL Ontario’s work.

Antonella is also a frequent collaborator with TESL Ontario and has generously shared her knowledge with our community as both a conference presenter and panellist. A passionate advocate for the importance of research in our sector, she consistently helps bridge research and practice, fostering meaningful dialogue and supporting evidence-informed approaches to English language teaching and teacher education.
