Dr. Hala M. Bastawros holds a Ph.D. in Instructional Design and Technology and an M.A. in TESOL. With over 20 years of experience in adult education, curriculum design, and online learning, she is passionate about creating engaging, research-based learning experiences. Her work focuses on bridging instructional design theory with practical classroom applications to enhance learner engagement, particularly in online environments. She has presented her research and practice at numerous conferences and publications, including TESL Ontario’s Contact magazine.
