About the Presenter

Shirin Mojerloo (she/her) is an experienced ESL instructor with over 10 years of teaching in Iran, Asia, and Canada. Holding a strong background in TESOL and Applied Linguistics, she has worked with diverse students across private schools, colleges, and LINC programs. Shirin’s research focuses on plurilingualism, inclusive education, and teacher well-being, with a passion for addressing educator burnout and promoting sustainable teaching practices.

Sabrina Meco (she/her) is a dedicated ESL instructor with experience supporting learners of diverse cultures and linguistic repertoires in the college and school board sector. She recently graduated with her Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics, where her research interests included plurilingualism, language policy, inclusive practices, and teacher education. Sabrina is passionate about promoting a more sustainable teaching environment and helping teachers enhance their well-being.
